Reflection to "An Indispensable Friendship"
A friend is a person who is there for you even if you are in your worst conditions. To be a true friend you must always be yourself. Being yourself around your friend could create a bond and trust. Trust is the main key for friendship. If you want to become a true friend you must trust your friend with secrets about each other. But to be a true friend is there for your friend in good and worst conditions. A true friend will always be there in your worst times. They will support you in every way and care for you. Also, a true friend will want the best for you. Therefore, a true friend is a person being there for you all the times.

Lion and Tiger
Lion and Tiger are my two favorite animals. Both animals are consider to be cats. They are also consider to be very interesting animals. However, Lions and Tigers are different from each other especially the way they attack their preys.
Lion is known to the King of Jungle. They have appearances that make them look attractive. Their appearance give them pride and courage. The largest lion weight is 806lbs. Additionally, a lion has an appearance to fight the most dangerous animals. However, lions and tiger are known as the best fighter in the jungle.
Tiger is known for being the largest cats in the jungle. The way they fight is different from a lion. Tiger is very powerful. The way the tiger attack preys is by using stealth and cunning. The largest tiger found in the jungle is 845 pounds.
Therefore, Lions and Tigers can be different from each other however they have similar traits to each other.
Learning How To Ride A Bike
When I was ten years old, I did not know how to ride a bike. Growing up I was your typical tom boy. I loved to climb rocks, play sports and I hated wearing skirts. My cousin, Stacy was the opposite from me. Stacy was the opposite from me. Stacy was a girly girl. Her mother bought her a bike for her birthday. But instead she gave me the bike because she wanted a Barbie’s house. When she gave me the bike, I felt excited.
It was Summer time and I was not afraid to learn how to ride the bike on my own. I got on the bike and I fell so many times that I was bruised on my knees. However I did not give up. Until one day, my uncle gave me a push while I was on the bike. All of sudden, I realized I was riding the bike all by myself. I couldn’t believe it. Therefore, I felt so proud of myself to learn how to ride a bike.

Chapter 7: The Beautiful Laughing Sister- An Arrival Story
Reflection
Having the refugee experience can be very dangerous and difficult. A refugee is a person who flees to a foreign country or power to escape danger. The narrator meets two sisters from Pakistan and there name is Shireen and Meena. Both sisters had to come to America to have a better life. When their father had opposed Saddam Hussein and the birth of Shireen, their father life was in danger and also their life too. Everything has come so difficult for them. They struggle to find a place where come be safe. Also, their family spent day’s just drinking salt water. When they overcame their struggles, they have become stronger. Now, they have learned from their experiences and living in a better place. In my opinion, my grandmother went though the same problem. I could wear certain clothing because it will be disrespectful as well for the Kurdish sisters. Therefore, this article was really interesting and learned the customs of Pakistan as a female.

I know that a person who lives in Pakistan is going though refugee experiences. Many people want to come to America to have freedom. I will like to know to learn more about Pakistan’s customs. I learned what refugee meant. This article made realize that I should be more grateful. Many people who live in country like Pakistan do not have freedom. Therefore, Americans should be thankful for having freedom.

The Library’s Future, with or without books
Reflection
Technology is rapidly changing our world. This is improving our way of living. Imagine a library without books and you will be able to find the books though Goggle. Well, this is going to become true. The library system is going change to digital library. Many people are use to going to the internet to look up for information but now you could look up for books and much more. There are library that have changed already. For instance, in Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, in North Carolina, has room where kids could shoot videos and record music. Even the name librarians will change. Instead using the name librarians is a possible the name would change into “information specialist” or “information scientists”. In my opinion, I highly believe that change is a great idea especially if it going to benefit my learning. I love going to library but this is going to motivate students to go to the library.

EYE COMMUNICATION
Eye communication could express your inner thoughts or it could show respect awhile talking to someone. I know that many people could gaze into someone eyes it show affections. I will like to know is why Japanese often view eye communication has a lack of respect. I learned in the article that lying is due to dry eyes which this could cause blinking too many times. I also learned the average we blink is about 15 times a minute. Therefore, eye communication is really important.

Recycling Facts That May Surprise You

According to the title is about recycling in a different way . Many people are not even recycling especially in New York. It is really important to keep your environment clean and safe. That is why recycling is important.

What do you know?
I know that many people are lazy to recycle and believe that is not important. However recycling is a great way to have your trash organizes. It also makes it easier for garage picker to clean up. Additionally, recycling could save energy.
What do you want to know?
I will like to know how to convince people how to recycle in a better way.
What did I learn?
I learned that there are many types of papers, glass, plastics and makes a difference if you put it in the wrong bin. If you recycle one aluminum can save enough energy to run a TV for 2 ½ hours.
